Collecting Data on the Configuration of Servers and Clients
Using the Support
To collect data using the Support.exe utility, perform the following:
1. Launch the Support.exe utility (see the section
Launching and Closing the Utility
).
2. Select check boxes as necessary to collect information about the system (1).
Note
Selecting the Allow collection of OS security log option enables
information on the Windows security system to be included in the report
generated by the utility
3. Click the Next button (2).
