Authentication: The method that IntelliTrack ISRP uses to validate
your PC’s user status with your SQL Server login name and password.
When installing the ISRP workstation application, you must know your
SQL Server Authentication type. It is either SQL Authentication or NT
Authentication.

Strong Password: A strong password is required for SQL Server 2008.
The default IntelliTrack SQL password is IntelliTrack#2008. It is a
strong password. For strong password requirements, please see

“Strong

Password Requirements” on page 40

.

Data Link Properties Form: Displays the server name, server login
information, and the database name. It is accessible from your program
folder: for 32-bit systems, C:\Program Files\Intelli-
Track\ISRP\DATA.UDL or for 64-bit systems, C:\Program
Files(x86)\IntelliTrack\ISRP\DATA.UDL by double-
clicking on the DATA.UDL file. You may change the server and/or
database location for the ISRP workstation application from the
DATA.UDL file.

Strong Password Requirements

The default IntelliTrack password for SQL Server login is
IntelliTrack#2008. It is a strong password. A strong password is required
for SQL Server 2008 login. A strong password meets the following
requirements:

1.

Can’t have the account name or part of the account name in it.

2.

Must be at least 8 characters long.

3.

Must contain characters from at least 3 of the following 4 categories:
• Latin uppercase (A-Z)
• Latin lowercase (a-z)
• Base 10 digits (0-9)
• Non-alphanumeric characters such as exclamation point (!), dollar

sign ($), number sign (#), or percent (%)

Single Workstation Setup

In a single workstation setup, the ISRP workstation application, the data-
base, and SQL Express are installed on one PC (the workstation application
will access this server). By default, for 32-bit systems, SQL Express is
placed in C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL
