Registration
You must register and activate your software to use the fully licensed ver-
sion. When registering and activating your ISRP software, you must have
access to the IntelliTrack License Service, and you must have your product
serial number available. Once you add your ISRP software license to the
IntelliTrack License Service, all licensed ISRP applications, components,
and product add-ons installed on your system are activated, which means
that they will run in the fully licensed version instead of in demo mode.
You may register and activate IntelliTrack ISRP by using the IntelliTrack
License Manager, or the IntelliTrack website registration page, or by call-
ing IntelliTrack technical support.
• If you register your product with the license manager, the activation
process is automatic for all licensed ISRP applications, components,
and product add-ons.
• If you register your product by using the IntelliTrack registration web-
site or by calling IntelliTrack technical support, the activation process
is not automatic. You will receive a license file that you must load into
the license manager. The license file is used to activate your ISRP
applications, components, and product add-ons.
The IntelliTrack License Service
The IntelliTrack License Service contains three parts:
1. The IntelliTrack License Service, which runs automatically.
2. The IntelliTrack License Manager (also called the License Administra-
tion Console), which communicates with the license service.
3. The License Service Tray icon, which resides in the system tray.
The IntelliTrack License Service is installed on one computer in your net-
work (it is important to make sure that only one copy of the IntelliTrack
License Service is installed on your network). This computer contains the
License Manager. Usually your system administrator or your ISRP admin-
istrator determines the network location of the IntelliTrack License Service
and also registers and activates your ISRP software. Once your ISRP
license is added to the License Manager, all ISRP applications, compo-
