Enter IntelliTrack in the Name field. Make sure the Managed Pipe-
line mode
is set to Integrated and the Start application pool immedi-
ately
check box is marked.
Click OK to close the dialog and return to the IIS Manager.
The IntelliTrack application pool is now part of the list. Select the Int-
elliTrack
Application Pool.

Once the IntelliTrack Application Pool is selected, right-click to view
the right-click menu.

At the right-click menu, select Advanced Settings. The Advanced
Settings window for the selected IntelliTrack application pool
appears. In the Process Model portion of the Advanced Settings win-
dow, select Load User Profile.

7.

Select the drop-down arrow in the Load User Profile field and select
True from the list that appears to set this setting to true and enable the
application pool.

8.

For 64-bit operating systems only, go to (General) Portion of the
Advanced Settings window and select Enable 32-bit Applications. Set
this setting to True (this will enable this application pool).

9.

After you have configured the application pool(s) to true, stop the
application pool processes by selecting Stop in the Application Pool
Tasks section of the Actions pane that is found in the far right portion
of the window.

10.

Next, select Restart in the Application Pool Tasks portion of the
Actions navigation pane to restart the processes.

11.

When you have restarted the process, you are finished configuring the
IntelliTrack Application Pool. Close the IIS Manager.
