About the music files
The specifications of the music files compatible with the camcorder
are as follows.
Audio encoding: Linear PCM
Audio sampling: 48 kHz, 16 bits, 2 channels
Minimum length: 1 second
File type: WAV
The music data is saved in the memory under the following folders.
6/4 In the built-in memory:
\CANON\MY_MUSIC\MUSIC_01.WAV to MUSIC_99.WAV
On the memory card:
\CANON\PRIVATE\MY_MUSIC\MUSIC_01.WAV to
MUSIC_99.WAV
Sample music tracks can be found in the “MUSIC” folder of the
supplied VIXIA CD-ROM.
About the image files for the Image Mix function
The specifications of image files that can be used with the image
mix function are as follows.
Image size: 1920 x 1080 pixels
File type: Baseline JPEG
Color sampling: 4:2:2 or 4:2:0
Image files are saved in the memory under the following folders.

\CANON\MY_PICT\MIX_01.JPG to MIX_99.JPG
On the memory card:
\CANON\PRIVATE\MY_PICT\MIX_01.JPG to MIX_99.JPG
