Description and Sequencing of Activity

Each Storage Commitment Request that NX sends, is uniquely identified by the Transaction UID Attribute
(0008,1195) value that is generated by NX. After sending a Storage Commitment Request, NX expects an
N-EVENT-REPORT from the SCP. NX will then respond with an N-EVENT-REPORT response primitive
with a status code.

The NX DICOM Store AE will accept associations in order to receive responses to a Storage Commitment
Request.
