Safety elements

Your fryer is equipped with

several safety elements:

Power cord according to

standards.

Emptiness tap with a safety

system to avoids it may

accidentally turn on.

Resistance protector to avoid

eventual burning risk due to

direct contact with the

resistance.

Safety switch that ensures

that the fryer will not operate if

not turned on.

Head safety microswitch

located on its base. If

disassembled from the tank it will

automatically disconnect the

electrical components.

Safety thermostat located

inside the head according to

safety regulations.

This thermostat will cut off power

in case of temperature regulation

thermostat failure, avoiding that

the oil may become flammable.

Should this device operate

disconnect the machine from the

mains and contact your technical

service.

Safety

Do not allow children or

inexperienced people handle or

operate the machine.

Do not clean or make any

maintenance operation with the

power cord plugged to the

mains.

For disconnecting the machine

from the mains remove the plug

from the mains but not pulling

the power cord.

Turn the machine on and off by

using the safety switch and not

by disconnecting if from the

mains.

Do not operate the machine with

humid or wet hands or feet.

The fryer must not be moved

away nor emptied with hot oil

inside the tank.

Do not immerse the head in

water nor make it become wet.

In case of oil becoming

flammable never attempt to

extinguish it by using water.

In case of failure switch the

machine off and disconnect it

from the mains. No repairing

nor interventions should be

made directly on the machine.

Please contact your technical

service.

Not respecting such warnings

may affect the machine and

the operator's safety.
