Clear jams from the print-cartridge area
The control-panel message 13.XX.YY Jam inside upper-right door alerts you to a jam in the print-
cartridge area. To clear the jam, follow the instructions on the onscreen dialog box or follow the steps
below.
1. Open the jam access door.
2. Open the upper-right door and remove the print cartridge.
CAUTION To prevent damage to the print cartridge, do not expose it to light for more than
a few minutes.
3. Lift the metal plate inside the device.
