Switching the Navigation Screen

If an optional Alpine Navigation System is connected to the
unit, the Navigation screen can be displayed on the monitor.

Press SOURCE to activate the NAV. mode.

The Navigation screen is displayed.
The operation is possible with the supplied
navigation remote control.
For navigation operation, refer to the Owner’s
Manual of the navigator.

• NAV. set to on by following “Setting the Navigation Mode”

(page 8).

Operating Auxiliary Devices

To operate your devices connected to the AUX terminals of
VPA-B211A, follow the procedure described below.

WARNING

It is dangerous (and illegal in many states) for the
driver to watch the TV/Video/DVD while driving the
vehicle. The driver may be distracted from looking
ahead and an accident could occur.

Install the VPA-B211A correctly so that the driver
cannot watch TV/Video/DVD unless the vehicle is
stopped and the emergency brake is applied.

If the VPA-B211A is not installed correctly, the driver
will be able to watch the TV/Video/DVD while
driving the vehicle and may be distracted from
looking ahead and cause an accident. The driver or
other people could be severely injured.
