R3. Install bearing with grease zerks towards the rear of the machine. Secure to bolt plates
with hardware shown. Install reinforcement angles between the bottom attachment holes
on in the inside of the bolt plate. As shown in Figure 4.
R 4. Install snap rings on each roller shaft.
Ensure that the roller is centered in the
bearings and tighten set screws.
R5. Repeat the above steps for the other roll-
er. Once the rollers have been installed
and all hardware has been tightened
remove all blocks and set the entire weight
of the machine on the rollers.
R6. Block rollers to ensure there is no unex-
pected movement.
