To connect to external microphone
Connect an external microphone to [ MIC] jack.
■ To connect a plug-in power type microphone
Slide [PLUG IN POWER] to the “ON” position.

Prepare and start recording
Start recording following the instructions in <Basic recording
operation> (page 24).
• Do not connect anything to the line input terminal.
