3-1 General
This section describes the Fast Track 2+2/386 2000 Series Timer’s screens: how you can dis-
play them and use the Keypad to customize the Timer, as well as analyze the data it collects and
stores. Once you learn how to use a few of the screens, it will be easy for you to use all the
others.
THE MENU SCREEN – YOUR GATEWAY TO THE FAST TRACK 2+2/386 2000 SERIES
TIMER’S POWERFUL CUSTOMIZATION AND REPORTING FEATURES
When the Timer was installed, it was configured to display the Activity screen and operate auto-
matically, producing the displays and automatic reports that your installer programmed. But you
can also use the Keypad to access the Menu screen and many other screens from the Activity
screen.
Each Fast Track 2+2/386 2000 Series Timer screen is briefly summarized below:
A CTIVITY S CREEN “Home Base” for the Timer’s operation
V IEW P ERIODS Shows current daypart and shift settings
V IEW T ARGET T IMES Use to view goals and employee performance
M ENU “Gateway” to the Timer’s powerful features
R EMOVE C AR
Use to manually clear event timers for a car that has left
drive-thru
R ESET L OOP Use to manually reset Loops
P RINT H EADER Prints headings or titles on printer reports
M ANUAL R EPORTS Entry to the manual or customized reporting system
S ET P ARAMETERS Use to customize the Timer to adapt to changing needs
D IAGNOSTICS Use to view the number of events and Pullouts
R ESET M EMORY Erases all historical event data
