Selected User is
Assigned To a
Device(s),
Cannot Modify
Login

Warning

When the user you want to modify is
assigned to Job Accounting enabled
device(s), you cannot modify the
Login ID of the user.

Please make sure that the selected
user is not assigned to any device. If
you really want to modify the user’s
Login ID, you need to change the Job
Accounting settings for the user.
First, you need to check the device(s)
using the user. Then, remove the
user from the device(s) (Make sure
that the removed user cannot use the
device anymore). Now you can
modify the user Login ID. You need
to reconfigure Job Accounting for the
user if you want to let the user use
the device(s) again.

21014
Selected Group
Is Assigned To a
Device(s),
Cannot Modify

Warning

When the user group you want to
modify the group name is assigned to
Job Accounting enabled device(s),
you cannot modify the name of the
user group.

Please make sure that the selected
user group is not assigned to any
device. If you really want to modify
the user group, you need to change
the Job Accounting settings for the
user group.
First, you need to check the device(s)
using the user group. Then, remove
the user group from the device(s)
(Make sure that the removed group
cannot use the device anymore).
Now you can modify the user group
name from the system. You need to
reconfigure Job Accounting for the
user if you want to let the user use
the device(s) again.

Cannot Move
Users

Warning

This error code appears when you try
to add a user(s) to the group, All or
Grouped. You cannot add any user
to these groups because SyncThru™
Admin 5 provides these groups by
default.

You cannot move users to the All
group or Grouped group.

Import Users
Failed

Error

Importing users from CSV file has
failed.

The CSV file may contain an invalid
header or invalid data, check the
CSV file for valid data and try to
import again.
