Linking Contacts
1. Touch Contacts.
2. Touch a contact to display it, and then touch
Menu
➔ Link contact.
3. Touch the second contact that you want to link with the
first contact. Information from both contacts is
displayed on the same screen.
Tip: Touch in a contact record to view linked contacts.
Unlinking Contacts
1. Touch Contacts.
2. Touch a contact to display it, and then touch to
display linked contacts.
3. Touch next to a contact, and then follow the
prompts to unlink the contacts.
Marking Default Contact Information
When you use messaging applications, the application needs
to know which information is primary (default) in a contact
entry list. For example, you may have three different
telephone numbers for John Smith, so the application will be
looking for the “default” number.
1. Touch Contacts.
2. Touch a Contact to display it.
3. Touch Menu ➔ Mark as default, and then touch
an item to make it the default.
4. Touch Done to save the change.
