Charging Battery

Insert the battery and connect the AC adapter to the
power input jack on your computer.
Battery charging starts.

When charging is complete, the status indicator
changes to light green.

Checking Battery Residual Amount
This section describes how to check the battery residual
amount.
Using Shortcut keys
If you press the Fn + ( ) on the keyboard, the battery
residual amount will be displayed on the screen for a short
time.
It is displayed only if the Easy Display Manager is
installed.
Viewing in Battery
If you separate the battery and press the PUSH button
located inside, the battery residual amount will be
displayed.
Note
Warning of Battery Shortage
■ If the battery residual amount is less than 10%, a
warning alarm rings.
In this case, connect the AC adapter to the
computer or replace the battery after turning off
the system.
■ If the battery residual amount is 3~5%, the
computer automatically shuts down after saving
the data. The battery residual amount may vary
depending on the computer model.
