Note: Your 4G LTE SIM (Subscriber Identity Module) Card is a small
rectangular plastic card that stores your phone number and important
information about your wireless service.
Caution!: Do not bend or scratch your 4G LTE SIM Card. Avoid exposing your
4G LTE SIM Card to static electricity, water or dirt.
Removing the 4G LTE SIM Card

To remove the 4G LTE SIM card, carefully slide the 4G LTE
SIM card out of the SIM card socket.
Note: Should your 4G LTE SIM Card be lost or damaged please call
