3. From the Configure SNMPv3 User Table menu, select Configure

SNMPv3 Target Address Table.

The Configure SNMPv3 Target Address Table menu is displayed, as
shown in Figure 77 on page 205.

4. From the Configure SNMPv3 Target Address Table menu, select

Modify SNMPv3 Table Entry.

The Modify SNMPv3 Target Address Table menu is displayed, as
shown in Figure 78 on page 209.

5. To modify the Target Address Retries, select Set Target Address

Retries.

The following prompt is displayed:

Enter Target Address Name:

6. Enter a previously configured Target Address Name.

This is the name of the SNMP manager, or host, that manages the
SNMP activity on your switch. You can enter a name of up to 32
alphanumeric characters.

The following prompt is displayed:

Enter Retries:[0 to 255]-> 3

7. Enter the number of times the switch will retry, or resend, the Inform

message.

The range is 0 to 255 retries. The default is 3 retries.

8. From the Main Menu, select System Configuration.

The System Configuration Menu is displayed, as shown in Figure 10
on page 46.

9. From the System Configuration Menu, select Save Configuration

File.

Modifying the Target Address Tag List

To modify the Target Address Tag List parameter in an SNMPv3 Target
Address Table entry, perform the following procedure.

1. From the Main Menu, select System Configuration.

The System Configuration Menu is displayed, as shown in Figure 10
on page 46.
