another phone is in use on the same line,
or answering system is answering an
incoming call, or you are de-registering a
handset from the base.

On when handset is in the charger of
the telephone base and charging.
ANSWER ON/OFF
On when answering system is on and ready
to receive calls.
SPEAKER
On when speakerphone is in use.
