Preparation
≥Press [VHS].

DELETE NAVIDATA
Delete all the Navigation data registered in the unit.
≥To delete data on a single tape (
l 54).

[YES]: Then press [ENTER] when you want to delete all the
Direct Navigator data.
JET SEARCH ( l 49)
Set the speed for JET SEARCH when playing EP and VP tapes.
≥It is possible to view the picture recorded in EP or VP mode at
approx. 27 or 35 times speed.

Summary of settings
ON Messages appear on the TV for about 5 seconds after
you perform operations.
≥The on screen display will always appear on the TV
screen during rewind, Jet Rewind and fast forward.
OFF Messages do not appear.
ON The screen shows a blue background when you play
unrecorded portions.
Off The blue background function is deactivated.
ON Direct Navigator data automatically registered.
OFF Data not registered.
