Recording
Select a Drive Mode
Applicable modes:
Selecting the drive mode allows you to switch the operation, such as burst recording or the
self-timer, for when you press the shutter button.

Press 4 ( ).

Select a drive mode.
• Touching [More settings] allows you to change the settings for each drive mode.

Touch [Set].
A When this is touched, drive mode is returned to default (Single).
B Drive mode
Drive mode Description of settings
1 [Single] (P68)
When the shutter button is pressed, only one picture is
recorded.
2 [Burst] (P179)
Recordings are made in succession while the shutter
button is pressed.
3 [Auto Bracket] (P182)
Each time the shutter button is pressed, recordings
are made with different exposure settings according to
the Exposure Compensation range.
4 [Self Timer] (P184)
When the shutter button is pressed, recording takes
place after the set time has elapsed.
