When the pump is running, the water will become turbulent, and a strong
front-to-back current will be established.
Do not place knives or other sharp objects in the
Produce Soak. Allowing knives or other sharp objects
to tumble freely in the Produce Soak tank may cause
damage to the equipment and bodily injury to the user.
