Theory of Operation
The TurboChef G5 oven maximizes throughput
by cooking up to five shelves of food without
compromising quality. Variable G5 cooking features
include temperature selection, high-speed air
convection, fan reverse, and microwave assist.
This manual includes instructions for installing,
cleaning, and operating the G5 oven. If you have
