Purchase a 12 volt accessory outlet with a
female cigarette lighter plug, like this one
from Radio Shack (Part #270‐1556).
Connect the accessory outlet’s power leads
to a switched +12 volt accessory lead in the
car, such as the factory cigarette lighter
wiring.
Screw the eX‐10’s power cable into the
cigarette lighter adapter.
Plug the accessory outlet into
the eX‐10’s cigarette lighter
adapter.
Route the yellow end of the
eX‐10’s power cable to the
desired location for the eX‐10’s
power supply.
