To [Define Media for Page(s)], enter the page number (5) to
be set.

Set [Paper Size], [Color mode], [Duplex], [Tab shift], [Paper
color], [Punched paper], [Paper type], [Paper weight] and
[Input tray] as required.

Click [Add Definition].
9.
Click [Close] to close the Page/Page Range Media dialog
box.
10.
Set the other items as required.
11.
Click [OK].
12.
Click [Print].
