“Scanner - Hardware error”
“Scan head positioning error”
• Turn off the power switch of the Scanner, and turn
it on again. Restart the personal computer.
“Failed to send a SCSI command.” • After confirming that the SCSI cable is connected,
turn ON the power switch of the PS5000C again
and restart the computer.
“Adjustment Failure” 1. When executing “Shading”:
• Check if the chart is for shading.
• Check if there is no dirt on the chart.
• Set the chart, and the shading plate to the proper
position.
2. When executing “White balance”:
• Check if the chart is for the white balance
• Check if there is no dirt on the chart.
• Set the chart to the proper position.
“Failed to read the NA3_adj.dat.” Reinstall the driver.
