1. Click on the Windows Start
Button and select Control
Panel.
2. Click on User Accounts
and Family Safety. Then
click on User Accounts.
3. Choose the option Turn
User Account Control on or off.
4. Uncheck Use User Account Control (UAC) to help protect your computer.
Click OK to save this setting. Continue to Step 4.
Windows XP
This version of Windows does not utilize User Account Access Control.
Continue to Step 4.

Insert the HOMEView software installation disc into your disc drive.
From the menu, choose the HOMEView Surveillance Software and follow the
installation guide to install the software.
Check the option “I accept the terms of
the license agreement”. Click on the
“Next” button.
