Re-instate the pre-recorded outgoing message
You can delete your own outgoing message and go back
to using the pre-recorded outgoing message.
1. Press or until the display shows Answer Settings
and select the OK option.
2. Press or until the display shows Outgoing
message and select the OK option.
3. Use or to select either: Answer & Record or
Answer only and select the OK option.
4. The display shows Outgoing message . Select the Del
option to delete your own outgoing message and
reinstate the default outgoing message.
Using the answering machine
Message playback
1. Select the option. The display shows Play Messages
along with number of new messages (New) and the total
number of old and new messages (All).
2. To play new message(s) only:
Select the New option. Your new messages will be
played.
