13.5 Sterilization of the Dispersion Tool:

This dispersion tool can be sterilized as follows:
By steam sterilization or wet chemicals at temperature up to 130°C; dry up to 180°C

Caution: Check the ball bearing 2 (KK) of the sealed dispersion tool after cleaning
or sterilization: The balls of the ball bearing must always be lubricated and never
be allowed to run dry since this could damage them immediately. Re-lubricate the
ball bearings 2 (KK) after every cleaning or sterilization with the special lubricant
(LL) (included).

13.6 Assembly of the Dispersion Tool:

Place the PTFE bearing (AA) on the rotor shaft (BB). Then place the rotor shaft (BB) plus the
PTFE bearing (AA) on the stator shaft (MM). Place the cutting rotor (II) on the other end of the
stator shaft (MM), with the threading first. Insert the auxiliary tool (HH) into the cutting rotor (II)
and tighten it by rotating the rotor shaft (BB) clockwise.

For sealed dispersion tools only: Screw the ball bearing 2 (KK) back onto the interlock casing
(JJ). Screw the interlock casing (JJ) onto the stator shaft (MM) and tighten with the wrench.
