Place the Solar LED Cross Light in a well lit area. During the day, the

Solar LED Cross converts sunlight into electricity and recharges the

batteries. At night, the LED will turn on automatically and provide

approximately 6-8 hours of light from a full day of sunlight.

3. Replace The Batteries:

There are two rechargeable batteries (2 AA, 500 mAh Ni-Mh rechargeable) included in the Solar LED Cross. Replace

only with same battery type. As with all rechargeable batteries, their ability to hold a charge will diminish over time

and is not fault of the product. When the lighting time becomes shorter than usual, batteries should be replaced.

Step 1 - Remove the (4) rubber feet located on the base of the

Solar LED Cross that cover the (4) Philips screws.

Remove the Philips screws.

Step 2 - Open the cover of the battery compartment.

Step 3 - Insert two new rechargeable batteries

(2 AA, 500 mAh Ni-Mh rechargeable) ensuring the

battery polarity (+/-) is as indicated. Replace battery

cover, Philips screws and rubber feet.

4. Battery Caution:

1) Do not mix old and new batteries. Do not mix

alkaline, standard (Carbon-Zinc), or rechargeable

(Nickel Cadmium) batteries. To avoid leakage or

explosion, do not put batteries in fire.

2) Remove the batteries if product is to be left

unused for a long period of time. Clean the battery

contacts prior to battery installation.
