Sequence Valve Hoses
Marker Tongue Hoses to Sequence Valve
Refer to Figure 23
58. At the sequence valve
, connect marker tongue
rod/retract hose to valve Port 1.
59. Connect marker tongue base/extend hose to
valve Port 2.
60. Secure both hoses under existing clamps forward on
(both sides) of the tongue.
Marker Cylinder Base Hoses
61. Select two new:
841-954C HH3/8R1 330 9/16FJIC
Route the hoses from outboard of the fold cylinder
rod ends, following the existing lift cylinder hoses,
through an opening in the fold cylinder support
weldment, under the cylinder rods, and through the
wire loop at the wing fold pivot center-line
.
Connect each of these hoses to the “R” Ports
(LH hose to R1, RH hose to R2).
Marker Cylinder Rod Hoses
62. Select two new:
841-955C HH3/8R1 350 9/16FJIC
Route the hoses as in step 61. Connect each of
these hoses to the “C” Ports (LH hose to C1,
RH hose to C2).
Sequence to Marker Cylinder Hoses
Refer to Figure 24
63. Route all cylinder hoses along center and wing tool
bars, following the routing of the lift cylinder hoses.
Use existing clamps and weldment openings.
Be sure to allow slack at the wing flex pivots . Use
the same slack as the lift hoses.
