Troubleshooting Your System

7 Close the system (see "Installing the System Cover" on page 67).
8 Reconnect the system to the electrical outlet, and turn on the system and

attached peripherals.

9 If possible, run the appropriate online diagnostic test (see "Running the

System Diagnostics" on page 163).

If the tests fail or the problem persists, replace the processor (see "Getting
Help" on page 175).

10 If you have replaced the processor and the problem persists, the system

board is faulty (see "Getting Help" on page 175).
