Attaching the Ground Wire
To attach the ground wire to the rack:
NOTE:
Dell recommends that you ground the rPDU to the rack frame with the ground wire provided in the Grounding Wire
Kit.

Connect one end of the ground wire to the ground bonding point location on the front panel of the rPDU
using the silver, 10-32
0.5” pan-head screw and star washer (supplied).

Connect the other end of the ground wire to a hole in the rack frame using the black, M5
12 pan-head
screw and star washer (supplied). See Figure 10.
