Receiving calls
when you hear the phone ring:
• Press (TALK) (or any key
except (OFF)).
or
• Pick up the handset from the
base unit when the handset is
placed on the base unit.
The TALK lamp lights up at the
same time the IN USE lamp on
the base unit lights up.
When you're done talking, press
(OFF) or replace the handset on
the base unit.
The TALK and IN USElamps
go off.

Switch to another call
("call waiting" service*) Press ( TALK/FLASH ) to access the flash
function.
Press the (
talk /FLASH ) button again to
return to the first caller.
Adjust the volume of incoming
calls Slide VOL up or down.
High or low volume can be selected.
* You need to subscribe to this service from your telephone company.
