For more professional-looking
recordings, use the zoom
function sparingly

Note on the tape counter

The tape counter indicates the
recording or playback time.

Use it as a guide. There will be

a time lag of several seconds

from the actual time.

To set the counter to zero,

press COU.VTER RESET

After five minutes in
standby mode

If you leave the camcorder
with STANDBY rum up

(Standby mode) for five

minutes, the camairder goes

off automatically. This

prevents exhaustion of the

battery and wear of the tape.
To resume standby mode,
slide STANDB\ down onco
and slide it up again.
