Editing Procedure
REW
Locate a point slightly ahead of editing start point on video
cassette in camera.
• EDIT button is functioned only in stop mode.
Place second VTR in record pause mode.
PLAY

Press camera PLAY button.
• Check playback picture on TV screen.
Release second VTR from record pause mode at editing
start point.
• Recording begins on second VTR.
STOP

Press STOP buttons on camera and second VTR to end
editing.
Remote Terminal
This terminal is provided to connect this camera to the optional VE-lOO
Video Editor or video camera recorders/decks which have REMOTE
(Control L) terminal. The operation buttons of other manufacturers’
equipment may differ from those on this camera. Refer to the other
product’s instrution manual for details.
EDIT Button
EDIT
To minimize loss of picture quality, press EDIT button only when camera is
used as playback VTR during editing.
• “EDIT” should not be displayed normally.
