Using wireless controller
from a distance
Wireless controller buttons perform the same functions as the camera
buttons.

Operation
• Aim wireless controller at camera remote sensor and press control buttons
to operate camera. The tally lamp lights up when remote sensor receives a
signal.
• Operate wireless controller within 30° angle on either side and 15° angle
above and below the camera remote sensor, up to a distance of five
metres.
• If you are too close to camera when operating wireless controller, camera
may not respond to wireless controller’s signal.
Inserting Batteries in Wireless Controller
The wireless controller operates on two R03 (MICRO) batteries.
Remove cover from back by pressing down and sliding in
direction of arrow.
Insert two R03 (MICRO) batteries following ( + ) and (-)
markings inside unit. Be carefui not to reverse poiarity of
batteries.
Repiace cover foilowing guide grooves.
Notes:
• Do not leave wireless controller exposed to direct sunlight or in hot or humid places.
• Wireless controller uses infrared beams to transmit signals, so sunlight or fluorescent light on the remote sensor
may shorten operating distance.
• Wireless controller will not function if RS-800 Rain Shield Is attached to the camera.
