The AFB Mezzanine card signal pin-out is given in the following table. The 40 signal pins are arranged by the connector
design into pairs for high speed differential pair use. This is suggested in the table by the blank lines between pairs.
Not shown are the GND connections. The Samtec connector used has 4 large dedicated GND / shield pins.
