Customizing Print Formats
The following sections describe procedures for customizing print formats using the
iRev 4
configuration utility,
serial commands, or the front panel (PFORMT menu. See Section 10.6 on page 112 for information about
custom stream formatting.
6.4.1
Using iRev
The
iRev 4
configuration utility provides a ticket formatting grid with a tool bar. The grid allows you to construct
the ticket format without using the formatting commands (<NL> and <SP>) required by the front panel or serial
command methods. Using
iRev 4
, you can type text directly into the grid, then select weight value fields from the
tool bar and place them where you want them to appear on the printed ticket.
Figure 6-1 shows an example of the
iRev 4
print formatting display.
