½ small rockmelon, peeled, seeded and halved
3 sprigs fresh mint leaves
1 mango, halved, seeded and peeled

Process rockmelon, mint and mango

through the juicer using speeds 1 and 2.

1 large cucumber
1 large bunch fresh parsley
