3. Shrimp Creole

Vs cup each finely chopped celery, green bell pepper

and onion

pound medium shrimp, shelled and deveined

can (15 oz.) tomato sauce

cloves garlic, minced

teaspoon hot pepper sauce

In a 2-Qt. casserole, combine all ingredients. Cook, covered,

on INVERTER NEW RECIPE #3 {Shrimp Creole). When

the oven beeps, stir. Re-cover and press Start. Let stand,

5 minutes, before serving.

Follow instructions above. Prepare two individual recipes.
Using the 2 Level Rack, place one dish on the Glass Tray
and the other on top of the Rack.

Browning sauce
Ground black pepper

In a small bowl, combine celery, onion and butter. Cook,

covered, on PI 00 for 3 to 4 minutes, or until vegetables are
tender. Add croutons and water; stir until absorbed. Place

crouton mixture in the middle of each chop, fold over edges
and secure with wooden toothpicks. Place chops, open-side

up, in an 11 X 7-inch rectangular baking dish. Brush chops

with browning sauce, season with pepper.

Chicken Parmigiana

cup seasoned dry bread crumbs

cup grated Parmesan cheese

tablespoons vegetable oil, divided

cup spaghetti sauce

Oregano leaves

1 cup (4 oz.) shredded mozzarella cheese

Beat egg with water. In a separate bowl, combine bread

crumbs, Parmesan cheese and paprika. Dip chicken in

bread crumb mixture, then in egg mixture and again in bread

crumb mixture. Coat bottom of

-inch square baking dish

with 1 tablespoon oil. Place coated chicken in dish; sprinkle
with remaining oil.

with tomato sauce, oregano and cheese. Re-cover and

Marinade:

In a medium bowl, combine all marinade ingredients and

pour over chicken. Cover and marinate in sauce 30 minutes

in refrigerator. Arrange chicken skin side down in a 2Vz-Qt.

oval casserole, with meatier portions toward edge of dish.

Pour marinade over chicken.
