Q1 Why can’t I get CD information from the Gracenote Music Recognition
Service?
A1 Make sure the internet environment is ready.
Make sure the network setting is available.
Try to eject the disc and insert the disc again.
The disc has no CD information in Gracenote Media Database.
Data CD is not supported in this function.
Q2 Why can’t I record to the USB device?

Make sure the USB device is ready.
Make sure the USB device has enough free space.
Make sure the USB device is not in write-protect mode.
Q3 Why can’t I record to the SD/MMC card?
