OPERATING YOUR FOOD PROCESSOR
GRATING
The grating disc Is used for grating parmesan, romano, or other hard ohsese,
or tor grating lea.
CAUTION:
Make sure unit Is turned OFF and unpiuggad before use.
Newer use your hand fo push food into processor,The use of heavy
pressure will no! speed operallon.
S. Lock Ihs Bowl onto !he Base as described in AsBembiy.
2. Slide the disc stem down onto the center post of the base- then place grating disc, with
the sharp punch holes facing upwatos, onio the disc stem and push down At this point
the disc Witt be at the top of the bowl.
WARNING:
Grating Disc is shai^}. Use caution when handling.
3, Lock bowl cover assembly onto bowl
4. Make sure the food chute lid Is latched Inlo pface.
5 Fill Ihe chute with pieces of cheese, or ice cubes
8 Insert food pusher into the movable loop Plug food processor cord inlo electric oullat
Bius Power ilghl and blue OFF light should illuminata to show that the food processor is
cormected to power and ready to operate.

down and onto grating disc When !ha chute is empty, press OFF, unplug, and wait until
disc stops rotating

Befors opening the Bowl Cover Assembly, turn the
