Close the ink tank cover until you hear it catch.

Repeat Steps 1 to 4 to install all the other color ink tanks.

After all the ink tanks have been installed, close the right cover.
Press in on the right cover until you hear it click and lock.
After installing the printhead and all the ink tanks, “Ink Filling ..” is
displayed, and initialization of the ink starts automatically. The ink
initialization operation requires about eight minutes to complete.
As soon as ink filling is completed, “Load Roll Media” is displayed. To
continue, load the roll media.
z If all the ink tanks have not been installed, the right cover will open automatically.
Make sure that all ink tanks have been installed.

For the W7250 “Stand” is displayed. If the stand is in use, press or
to select “Use”, or if it is not in use select “No use”.
This procedure is not required for the W7200 because the message is not
displayed.
