Troubleshooting
Remote control does not work.
Possible cause
Suggested solution
Device not programmed. Rotate the device's knob to select your
remote's proper channel, either 00, 16
or 20.
Incorrect remote control. Try other remote control. This device
works with any Aluminum Apple
Remote or any Universal Remote
Control using the RC5 standard.
Remote control is too far
from the device. Move closer to the device.
Something is blocking the
receiver. Remove items which may be blocking
the receiver.
Batteries are getting low or
are dead. Replace the batteries.
Remote control is not
functioning despite
changing the batteries. Repair or replace the remote control.
