ATTACHING THE lAT BAR, ROWER BAR OR
STRAP TO THE LOW PULLEY STATION
Attach the Lot Bar (36) to the Main Coble ( 5 1 ) with a
Coble Clip (33). For some exercises, the Chain (38)
should be attoched between the Lot Bor and the
Main Cable with two Coble Clips. Adpsl the length
of the Chain between the Lot Bor ond the Main
СаЫе so the Lot Bor is in the correct storting posi
tion for the exercise to be performed.
The Rwer Bor (34) or the Strop (35) con be
attached in the some manner.
