4.2 Configure Mode
Configure Mode provides more privileges than View Mode. Users can configure VLAN, TRUNK,
ACL and other functions in Configure Mode to meet their requirements.
The following commands are available in Configure Mode.
Command description
acl ACL
clear Clear functions
diag Enter diagnostic mode
exit Exit current mode and return to the previous mode
ip IP information
l2 Layer-2 subsystem
list Print command list
no Negate a command or set its defaults
password Assign the privileged level password
ping Send count echo messages
port Port subsystem
restore Reset start-up configuration to factory default
route Route
show Show current system information
trunk Trunk group setting
vlan VLAN subsystem
write Write current configuration to start-up configuration file
