Change to ENABLE or DISABLE of the preview window.

[in] Flag that indicates whether to ENABLE(TRUE) or DISABLE(FALSE) preview window.
Returned Values
If the action succeeds, the returned value is E_FUNC_SUCCEED . If the action fails, possible returned values are
E_FUNC_ERROR , CAM_ERR_DEVICE_ERROR .
