very quick. The oven then works as if it was empty and the food may burn. The appliance and the
container may be damaged in such situation. You should therefore set just the cooking time necessary
and you should keep a close eye on the cooking process.

It is not possible to heat with much oil (frying) in the microwave.

If you have several containers, such as cups, for example, set them out uniformly on the turntable plate

Do not seal plastic bags with metal clips. Use plastic clips instead. Prick the bags for several holes so that

General instructions for defrosting
1. When defrosting, use only dishes that are appropriate for microwaves.
2. The defrost function by weight and the tables refer to the defrosting of raw food.
3. The defrosting time depends on the quantity and thickness of the food. When freezing food keep the defrosting

process in mind. Distribute the food evenly in the container.
