Meat Grinder

Assembly (Fig. 1 and 2)

Insert spiral feeder

F into the grinder body D, with tooth wheel F1 ahead.

Fit the cutting blade

E on the spiral feeder F, the cutting edges must be ahead.

Fit required plate (

2A, 2B, 2C) in accordance with grinding consistency which you prefer)

on the spiral feeder

F. Be sure that the plate fits on the lugs of the grinder head D and

tighten the nut on the grinder body.

Push the grinder body

D turning it by 45° clockwise to the drive unit A. After pushing, adjust

the grinder body

D to vertical position till it locks, which is followed by characteristic sound

effect (knack). Locate the filling hopper

B on upper part of the grinder D. Now the appliance

is prepared for use. At disassembly, proceed in the contrary way. To release the grinder

body, it is necessary to push the button

O.

Use

The appliance enables grinding of all meat kinds void of bones, sinew and skin. By using

exchangeable plates (

2A, 2B, 2C) with different openings, you can choose fine, medium,

or rough meat grinding. Slice the meat to strips approximately 10 cm long and 2 cm wide in

advance. Plug the supply cable

A1 to socket and push the switch N (START/STOP). The

operation indicator lamp

L will light. Insert single meat pieces into filling hopper B and push

it slightly by grinder rammer

C to the spiral feeder F (do not overload the appliance). Grinded

meat will fall into prepared dish under the grinder. After finishing the preparation, switch the

appliance off by the switch

N (START/STOP).

Recommendation

Do not grind frozen meat. For easier cleaning of the grinder, grind hard baked goods

(e.g.

croissant, roll). Time of preparation can take several minutes and depends on

quantity, kind and quality of used meat. We recommend to interrupt the work occasionally,

switch the appliance off and, if necessary, remove the food which have stuck or blocked the

accessories. For easier releasing the nut

P, you can use the release lever (Fig. 8). Please

use the button

M (reverse run) if the appliance is blocked. The meat which stayed in the

grinder body is not grinded, therefore grind it again.

Adapter for filling smoked–meat products (sausages, frankfurters, hash–and–crumbs

sausages, etc.)
