Fit separator

H on the grinder body D. Be sure that separator scoring fits on the lugs of

the grinder head. Fit the tube

G on the grinder body D and tighten the nut P on the grinder

body

D. Attach the grinder body D to the drive unit A (Fig. 1) Push the grinder body D

turning it by 45° clockwise to the drive unit

A. After pushing, adjust the grinder body D to

vertical position till it locks, which is followed by characteristic sound effect (knack). Locate

the filling hopper

B on upper part of the grinder D. Now the appliance is prepared for use.

At disassembly, proceed in the contrary way. To release the grinder body, it is necessary

to push the button

Use

Insert grinded meat to the filling hopper

B. Use grinder rammer C for slight pushing the

meat into the grinder body

D. First, let the casing for filling macerate in warm water for

approximately 10 minutes, to improve its elasticity, and then set it like a harmonica on

outlet opening. Let free 5 cm on the end of the casing and tie it up or skewer it. Plug

the supply cable

A1 to socket and push the switch N (START/STOP). The operation

indicator lamp

L will light. Insert prepared mixture into filling opening and push it slightly by

grinder rammer

C. At filling, proceed according to chosen kind of smoked–meat products

(e.g. hash–and–crumbs sausages, sausages, pork sausages, etc.). After finishing the

preparation, switch the appliance off by the switch

N (START/STOP).

Recommendation

We recommend to perform a filling by two persons contemporaneously, i.e. one person

inserts the mixture and the second holds the casing on the opening. Fill the casings so

as not to let the air to get inwards. Time of preparation can take several minutes and

depends on quantity of used meat. In case that outlet opening of the adapter

G becomes

blocked, it is necessary to switch the appliance off, remove the adapter and clean it. For

easier releasing the nut

P, you can use the release lever (Fig. 8). Please use the button M

(reverse run) if the appliance is blocked. The meat which stayed in the grinder body is not

grinded, therefore grind it again.

Assembly (Fig. 1 and 4)

Insert spiral feeder

F into the grinder body D, with tooth wheel F1 ahead.

Fit former

J on the grinder body D. Be sure that former scoring fits on the lugs of the

grinder head and tighten the nut

P on the grinder body D.

Attach the grinder body

D to the drive unit A. Push the grinder body D turning it by 45°

clockwise to the drive unit

upper part of the grinder

Now the appliance is prepared for preparation of dough products. At disassembly, proceed

D. The appliance will extrude hollow tube which

shall be cut to required length.

Plug the supply cable

switch

N (START/STOP).
